Don't believe it. Anyone finds out among his funding suppliers and he would be out. Nobody takes someone who drives Uber or any other like job seriously. Not in the financial industry.

his own money, cash buyer, mortgages with local credit unions, doesn't take partners in his deals, park 1-3m cash in the banks at any given time. 2 bed-room unit in luxury condo in tribeca rents 11.5k a month, and 3.5k for a 500sqf studio in upper east side. i know becuase i am learning from him on alternative allocations, and we are using the same realtors.

How do you bestow trust in a person who makes such horrifically poor time management choices? Each hour should be worth a tenfold of what you claim he is doing through lunch time. Anyway, just my opinion...

You work a full time IT job and then sacrifice your lunch break to drive and earn 25 bucks? You are nuts. But more likely an utter liar.

don’t care if u believe or not. Btw I’m not driving anyone. I’m either walking or biking. Also stated why I’m doing it as part time gig in the past thread while having full time job and trading. So don’t want to repeat myself over and over again.

he is killing time while idle, not managing it. some people do like easygoing jobs with no stress, or stay home watching tv like a housewife. so long there is no need to put food on the table, one can only consume that much.

exactly...once you learn the rope...it is pretty much a stress free job for me doing door dash or grubhub. you work when you want to work and set your schedule. how hard is it pick up the food and then deliver to the customer?

so far today 8/4/23...i have made $0 doing door dash and $75 trading the stonk market today...how much did you make so far today? did u make any trade this morning?
