Again, this is all about Impulse Control.
Whats the point of the video? Who cares. We care about a certain group that is committing violence all over our great country.
Not trying to be funny but it actually says “ Integrity” right behind the dangerous black criminal suspect.
Thats because the police in America respond to MUCH more violent situations in obviously black arena’s. Those other countries have very small black populations ( if any ) and they also have much lower populatios in general.
