Man, they are too damn bloated already. Why not focus on growing what they already have rather than expanding? Why do you think all the great empires in the past blew up so spectacularly? It's because they've stretched themselves too thin. But what do I know?
 
It's brilliant. When their employees or contractors get hurt on the job, they'll make money off the treatment. It's a great hedge. They're probably looking into buying a health insurance carrier, too.
