To be fair the Trump Administration put the responsibility for vaccine administration on the states. The feds were just overseeing the delivery from manufacturers to the states.

The Biden administration is taking responsibility for the actual administration that includes federal vaccination sites in more remote areas and pharmacy desert areas.

You can see where amazon could be helpful under the Biden administration whereas not under the Trump Administration.

And to be fair airports and shipping companies went out of their way to ensure the trump administration could deliver vaccines to the states.
