Depends on the substance of the attack and the delivery. If he just mocks her on some nonsense, then no, it won't work. On the other hand I do believe he can hit her hard on matters like I suggested. Her unfavorable numbers are high enough that people won't mind seeing her take a verbal beat down.
I don't share your opinion that he deserves respect. I am unclear at this point if he is just pure troll getting his kicks on here, or he is genuinely this uneducated and delusional in real life.

I don't think she is terrified at all about the debates.Hilary has run for Senate once and President twice and she has never been embarrassed or outclassed in a debate.As long as she doesn't get in the mud with him like Rubio/Cruz etc she'll be fine. Hillary will show all the knowledge she has gained through a Senate term,3 Presidential terms and a term as Secretary of State and Trump will look silly.
She's doing the smart thing.Nearly every story from the press about Trump is negative and Trump hurts his chances every time he opens his mouth.Why should Hillary interfere while the media and Trump himself is destroying Trump's campaign? Just over 2 months to go ,she should lay low and let Trump and the media continue to do what they are doing.There is nothing she can do to hurt Trump or better her chances than what Trump and the media is doing.
Remember, he objectifies women and doesn't respect them. She is going to kick him in the balls so hard that he will gain a new respect for them. I expect he will be reduced to a sputtering mess. He might even cry.
If that's what u honestly think ur really delusional about the state of the us presidential race and all the dirty laundry that's come out on Hillary in the past few weeks and months. Between Benghazi, the home brew email server, the ongoing FBI investigations into her foundation selling influence, taking marching orders from George soros. Her health and neurological issues. She's a dead duck. She's laying low primarily because she's sick and needs to be carried around by secret service agents and a doctor who carries a diazpam pen. She's not well. Many prominent doctors are calling for a release of her full health records including Obamas former doctor demanding she undergo a full neurological exam.
I always find it curious when people are so confident yet so out of touch with the facts
Hillarys campaign apparently arranged the debates to have them during big nfl games. Trumps core constituency. This is where the wheels fall off for Hillary and they know it. Could be some of the greatest tv of all time watching her suffer a seizure or take a 20 mins bathroom break on live tv. Somethings going to happen. Her campaign will try everything to minimize her talking time, the importance of the debate, softball questions etc.
