I like the ones with the Glamour shot on their cards and website. The photo is usually at least 10 years old too.:D

That is a smart move to check out the people you are working with..... Couldn’t agree more!

Unfortunately I sometimes don’t have the option of knowing the seller or buyer until they meet me at the property with the real estate agent who has the confidentiality agreement singed in hand.

Let me tell you, some of the most disgusting crooks I have ever met are these people. They are even worst then the management at JT Marlin! (a reputable firm!)….LOL

Oh yes he is... I dont care what you want to plug yourself into...he sells mega mansions in south florida and no one does it better ...I don't care what you want to imagine in your head..beacuse if you were plugged in and moved what he moves...you wouldnt be on ET amigo..you'd be pulling in 5- 10 million a year....sipping mojitos on SOBE... ;o)

The idea that any one person controls real estate in any area is a myth promulgated by people tha have no other competitive advantage than spreading false rumors that imply they have some type of illegal advantage .....

The rich want to sell their hom ein Miami ...they dont come to you do they?? they go to him and he gets it sold...thats all im saying playboy...

I'm not a real esate broker buddy .... nor would I ever want to be one.

Salespeople use various schemes to promote themselves and their operations .... intelligent people see right through these ploys and ignore them .....
