i've tried :)
it's just another bs from IB..some bogus quotes on middle of the night..notice the time on TWS when they went down to 83-it's like 9:00 PM EST
 
I don't believe there is any reason for SPY to drop 3% in such a short time AH. Unless Iran fires a nuclear missile at Israel or N. Korea at Japan or something. :D
