This was meant to be a light hearted thread but to balance things out Christine O'Donnell got a bigger % of the vote then Alvin Greene did and Sarah Palin was actually elected Governor
 
Damn close out of SC's 4.5M population.
I can only imagine the chaos that would have ensued had Greene won.

Sadly he would have been better then 99% of the jokers we currently have running things, atleast he would be to stupid to screw us over with shitty legislation.

I can actually see how he got that many votes if i lived in south carolina i would have voted for him just to express my disgust in the entire system.

Compared to Alvin Greene both Sarah Palin and Christine O'Donnell are towering intellects. And no, I'm not a member of the Palin or O'Donnell fan clubs.

Remember that there was a third party candidate, Tom Clements. Here are the results with the percentages of the total vote:

Coincidence? I don't think so. When there is a black candidate and a non-black candidate blacks almost always vote for the black candidate. Usually some whites will vote for the black candidate as well but not if he's as dumb as Alvin Greene.
