A quick search on tineye reveals 442 results, with the oldest result going back to 2008.

How come all these websites have an "alleged picture of Altucher"? Also, many people in Europe had this hairstyle in the 90's.

Altucher made money during the easy times. When things got tough he flamed out, like others. The difference is others moved on while he rants and raves like a whining lunatic still. He used to have some credibility, but it's all gone now.
