I did not find anything online. I heard from a couple of big traders. I don't know about the full details and that is why I called it rumor. Dropping 3.5% is very strange today while it was already trading $2 below Intel takeover price.
 
Big companies don't mind burning billions once in a while like MSFT Nokia deal. Buy it at $8B and after a year lay off everyone and put the furniture in the trash can and your stock will go up another 2B including that 10B up when you did that crazy deal !!!

Capital Forum, which I think is a research firm, has a report out saying there are significant anti-trust issues with the deal. Selloff yesterday was probably front running the report.

No problem. If I find out anything I will let you know as well. I don't know if the repricing of the deal is a break up premium or an expected extension in the closing.
