Alpari UK KPMG: unable to distribute final funds

Good afternoon, everyone.

What do you guys think about Alpari UK KPMG case?

I have read they have problems now repaying back the money, as some gap in the law rules won't allow them.

Somebody had an experience with them?
 
They haven't repaid my balance with Alpari (UK) after years of waiting. Disgraceful really. They are no doubt collecting the interest for themselves.

Are they contacting you? I have read they can't repay the money now because of some gaps in the law.
