Almost a di-millionaire--what are the things I should never do?

Almost hit 2 million shorting Bitcoin.

1 million is going to investments (private technology, REITs, bonds, etc...)

I'm buying a fixer upper in Europe to learn a second language/acquire citizenship.

I am going to pour a significant amount (200k+) into my own education.

1. Do you think renting in a suburb near Boston, MA is worth it at this point or is it super overpriced for what you get (never been). I'm a super duper introvert and don't like noise. Mainly looking for professional networking and proximity to investors (I'm pursuing a STEM Ph.D and am an aspiring entrepreneur).

2. I'm big into health. My favorite fish is Barramundi (Wild), which is extremely hard to get on the East Coast (where I currently live). Is Wild Barramundi hard to find in Boston, MA?

3. Also, if I am a dual EU/US citizen (resident or non-resident) and my children are not present in the United States what laws should I be aware of (we're home schooling until after 6th grade, then private school)?

Pics or this thread is bullshit.
