allstate insurance agent

does anyone know anything about this business opportunity?
my girlfriend is looking into getting an office as an allstate exclusive agent. we are just checking around to see if anyone has any feedback on this....... or maybe knows someone who is an agent.

Dog eat dog business. There are so many different insurance sources/choices, you've got to be a never say die salesman - especially since no one ever really wants to talk to an insurance salesman. Once you establish a decent client base, you keep getting recurring income though as long as the people keep renewing their policies. Owning/running a 7/11-Citgo combo sounds like more fun.
