Sorry if this is double post-my first once didn't seem to go through. But I used to work in the music industry. I have seen first hand when business models melt down-its not good for anyone. In the music industry, people figured out they didn't have to pay the piper and play by the rules, and look what happened. Same thing is going down in the mortgage industry. Just be prepared for one thing: NOTHING is ever going to be the same.
