Also conservatives value individual rights over collective rights, you cant have racist laws when looking at people as individuals, with rights over the group, you can only have racist laws when looking at groups of people with certain collective rights.

Look at it to this day its still liberals enacting racist laws like affirmative action.

The GOP intrinsically believe that race and gender are tied to competency. They vote it, they legislate it. The rest of the nation disagrees.
