All tickers in TWS are lost

All of a sudden, all tickers saved in TWS are gone this morning.

I have made many tabs (each for a sector) and many stocks in each tab.
The tabs are still there but all tickers are fucking gone.

How can I recover the tickers? Which file in Jts can I see the tickers?
