instead of the anticipated and much discussed $200,000 annual threshold for income tax increases, consider these:
a) use a more realistic $785,000 threshold
--- that way, the so called job makers of independent or small business wealth will be less effected, as well as provide an incentive to make more earnings, whilest not tagging the inflated USD and COLA increases that would artificially raise so many into that category
b) rescend the 15% maximum tax rate on hedge fund earnings and distributions
--- to the country that makes wealth accummulation possible should go the taxes that make creating and benefitting to such an outsized extent possbile
--- in short, there remains a social, moral and community obligation regarding these things, else nothing works, and the enforcement mechanisms that have to be funded just to force compliance will require more money, that generally gets funded from these deficits
c) counter and challenge everytime those talking pundits slam the notion that these high wage earners are job creators.
--- a few maids here and there does nothing for the economy or that label of job creators
---- tell the truth instead of these stupid talking points of misquoted notions, that have no basis in fact or reality
d) remove the maximum cap on FICA earnings and place it at a generous $4,000,000 yearly earnings cap
--- essentially get more revenues from the same sources, to contribute to the pot, instead of this artificially low $78,000 or so maximum

simply put, the pundits and sound bites sell those well crafted lies and faux-paux psuedo serious well intentioned presentations by these extremeists as if they were telling the truth,
or their position was so sacro-saint

the tax cuts for the wealthy added billions (almost 1.7 trillion) to the deficit,
but they keep calling to lower the deficit, as if cutting wheelchairs from the ambulances will pay for their excesses,
if they were honest or serious, then they would voluntarily put that on the table and remove the roadblock, but they want theirs, and yours and everyone elses,
since they frame the argument as "job creators", these so called wealthy, wonder how many more maids and lawn maintenance guys they intend to hire to help the economy?

what is the evil is the US government seizing the assets of purported criminals. then if they are innocent at trial they have to sue to get their assets back.
the poor have never had so good as they have it in america- free education free healthcare, food stamps, subsidized rents etc.
