No one forced Chik-Fil-A to stop donations. They chose not to continue doing so. Who knows, maybe they have a fiduciary duty to their investors?
They are a family owned business. But you are correct in that they chose, and no one forced them to enact this change.
So we have established that Chik Fil A is awesome and Overnight would eat a roast beef and cheese sandwich sold by ISIS.
They pretty much said the exact opposite. Local governments were doing things like not letting them get airport concessions because of their support for hate groups like the Salvation Army.
Spin it any way you want, but they clearly folded and betrayed the people who had their back during the various protests.
They made a business decision, and it was their decision to make. That's just the truth.
