Meh, I don't even see what's wrong with donating to the salvation army, or a Muslim charity. Sure they have their beliefs, but are overall net positive organizations. I'll side with the business decision, no matter how little sense it makes, it's their money.

Three is a right way and wrong way for each person. If you digested too many fats, not enough fiber/veggies and went too extreme to start then that can happen. Also some people mistakenly load up on coconut oil from day one and that is upsetting to a lot of people's stomachs. Also eating a pat of butter with each bite of food is not normal keto.

As for Chik Fil A, I probably have it 1x a month at most and afterwards I am fine going another month without it.
