I suppose some blacks are, others are not in need of special support.

Are the majority of blacks who are not in need of help saying they have been degraded by the affirmative action policy?

Not suprisingly, only conservative blacks have the backbone to call these policies what they are, inherently racist. Blacks have terrible opinions of themselves, which might explain why they kill each other without remorse, and commit crimes at such high rates. These policies, ultimately, do little to elevate their self-respect and should be abolished sooner rather than later.
A bit off-topic, (nothing to do with the pussiness of euros), but you're generalization that one group is more prone to generalize needed to be refuted
