To answer the above query: I am not currently trading. I moved back to China with my kids for personal reasons (back in 2013), and got involved in some entrepreneurship ventures over there. The stress levels of trying to run the fund remotely (with a US-based team) was too dramatic. I closed down the fund on about a 9-10% DD from the peak, and returned funds to investors. I started with about $1mm of my own money and ended with about $25mm AUM, raised from a variety of investors (most of whom I'm still on great terms with). Along the way had some favorable profiles in BarclayHedge, Active Trader, and Futures magazines.
So, consider this a AMA - I'll happily share my past experiences in the industry, as long as I'm not in violation of regulatory issues or name names.
And I'm back in the US now - I may yet get back into the trading business, but my first love has always been more in the venture/startup world.
