The KBB is not indicative. I meant it as a joke. Their modeling prices it like it's a Corvette or similar. I am familiar with the Audi R8 and largely they are similar other than ground clearance as both are rear engine. The LP560-4 is an Audi block.

They're dumb. You cannot drive them around town due to clearance.

Further, they don't appreciate and new brakes (not ceramic) are a $5K service.

A 6-7 inch clearance with the lifting gear, which wxyz doesn't have. Ask me how I know. PM me your VIN and I'll prove it to you. Conversely, show us the switch in the car with provenance (paper with ET written on it).
