I think HK should be careful if he write things like this. This can cause him big trouble.
You can expect this kind of comments from Greece, but ECB members will never tell such a stupidities. HK was probably joking, but is was a joke with very bad taste.
The Ministry of Finance from Greece calculated that they should still receive 76 milliard Euro from non paid taxes. Nadia Valavani from the Ministry proposes to all Greeks who still have to pay that they should pay now 200 Euro immediately and then 50% of the taxes due will be cancelled. So Greece is playing Santa Claus but needs money from Europe to do so. This is really crazy and shows how Greeks are: spending other people's money. They want to live in paradise and not pay anything. Everything should be for free!

It's quite obviously fake and written in satire.
Too funny anyone took this actually seriously. Shows the perception people have of European institutions. Europe should hire some Jewish American marketing experts who are world champion in image polishing. Europe will after that be able to sell anything.

I am tired of the frustration to provide facts and point to evidence towards someone who just cannot handle the truth and facts. So, a bit humor is in place, no?

I knew it was fake. That should be clear from what I wrote. But the correct interpretation depends from your IQ level, not the level you think you have but the level that was confirmed by serious tests. Because here too many people think they are Einstein.
Only wanted to say that this kind of jokes can have serious consequences. There are limits to what you can write. For me it was inpropriate. Even the fact that I don't like the Greek mentality cannot change that.
It is indeed clear that an IQ test should be a good idea. Question is : for who?
