You have to be 35 to be president per the constitution. Ditto for the vp.

So that would be a limiting factor for her. Hold that thought though. If Maxine or Bernie are elected perhaps they can get her appointed to take Ruthie's place on the Court. No requirement in the constitution that you be a lawyer, a citizen, or have a brain or any age requirement. She might be too conservative for some dems though.
