I don't know. He seems to be inciting violence of sorts. Miming a gun, addressing a loon audience, talking about taking someone down. I don't know much about the law, but I think it might be worthwhile for prosecutors to give it a "shot."

No more than any number of celebrities who have made insinuated Trump should be killed. Should Maxine be arrested for telling people to get in the faces of political opponents? Lots of potential violence could come from that. Plenty of headcases on both sides of the fence. We can only hope they kill each other and no innocent people get caught in the middle.
