Trump's approval fell to 39 percent Monday, according to Rasmussen Reports — the first time his approval has dipped below 40 percent in the conservative poll. The poll showed him with a disapproval rating of 61 percent.

Very good pick up... I have to turn shows off for that very reason.. The distorted fact... the snark (sometimes funny and very well delivered) and then then the drown out. I don't mind hearing the lefts arguments as long as they are delivered in a fair manner.
Go read the book "Influence" by Robert B. Cialdini, PH.D. Specifically the chapter on social proof and you'll understand how it's brainwashing.
Why isn't this a non-sequitur just as mentioned in the anon post?
You believed the anon post to be drivel. I offered a source who has a Ph.D in social psychology and wrote a very detailed, easy to understand book that would help you make the connection as to why John Oliver's show is literally brainwashing people.
Oliver makes no secret of his show being entertainment and make belief. Jones has to admit to it to keep custody of his children.
