Alerts/Alarms for Indicator conditions

I'm looking for trading/charting software (all typical time frames) that has the ability to alert/alarm when indicator conditions are met. I trade with IB, so an API would be ideal. Any help would be very appreciated.

Sierra charts allows you to set alerts off of indicators.

Check out eSignal. Using EFS (eSignal Formula Script (Javascript)) programming language, you can create alerts on any price or technical study condition, or combination of conditions.
