No selling allowed in all US exchanges. Only buy orders will be executed.

CFTC under pressure to only permit selling all commodity contracts. No buys will be executed, its just un american to buy commodities.

He is making it up but restrictions on Oil futures is coming next. Margin requirements are going to increase dramatically and contracts limits will be tightened. Anyone breaking these new rules is sure to be "persecuted." :D
