I realize that everybody already knows Al-Reuters is on the side of liberals and terrorists, and we all realize these "journalists" are busy fabricating stories and evidence in an effort to bring down the USA. What's new? News media have a reputation for blowing news out of propertion and making a sensation of it, that is what gives them the subscribers. The people do want sensation, we need only to look at some sick programs like 911 on TV.
I remember years ago a bit of locally a demonstration getting out of hand and the in-laws from the other side of the world ringing up to ask if we were OK because it sounded like civil war had broken out from the news clippings they had on TV.
Same thing happening now with this war - many are crying foul over Israel but if we see violence initiated elsewhere around the world by Muslims (as I mentioned elsewhere) then I do not see the same "blowing out of proportions" and "condemnation".
It was Dale Carnegie who mentioned in his book "How to win friends and influence people" that the public en large forgets what was happening six months ago. This is also what is being utilised by a lot of governments to influence the opinion of the population. "Freedom of the press" was supposed to counter this however if we see these actions from Reuters then I definitely cannot get away from the feeling that here some other interests are at work. At best the QA of Reuters is absent but I doubt we will see either an acknowledgement or an apology and Reuters cleaning up its act.
The Muslims in both Gaza and Lebanon should count themselves very lucky indeed that they have only to deal with Israel - I do not think that a reaction from China would have been under the same constraints. One needs only to think about Tianaman Square and the Falung (who are presentedly being used for organ farming).

Irish refused bombs sent to Prestwick airport
BOMBS destined to be used by Israel are being flown via Scotland only because the Irish government refused to allow them to land on its soil.
Scotland on Sunday can reveal that after the conflict in Lebanon began three weeks ago, Ireland turned down a United States request for planes carrying 600lb so-called bunker busters to refuel at Shannon airport in Co Clare.
As a result, cargo planes carrying the bombs, which the Israeli army is using in its offensive against the Hezbollah, are being flown via Prestwick airport in Ayrshire.
The use of Prestwick triggered a furious diplomatic row last week after it emerged that the US had broken aviation rules by failing to notify Britain about the flights.
