You just don't get it do you? It wouldn't matter one lick if Edwards had a staff of 50 professional hair stylists, all equiped with jet fuel power hair dryers, burning 100 gallons of fuel a minute, HE IS SPREADING THE WORD! He is obligated to burn all the energy humanlly possible in that pursuit and in any other pursuit he chooses, related or unrelated to climate change, like living large in his fat pad(s).

The phrase is "An Unconvenient Truth", although Gore probably wouldn't argue with your use of the word "real", it just isn't that great as a marketing tool.

As for why we ridicule Al Gore ......... Come on man, you pretend to be smart, you must know at least something about human-nature. Why does the school-yard bully mock and ridicule the goof in the coke-bottle glasses?

Why do we neadranthal, uneducated, fools laugh at a guy in 28,000 square foot home who preaches conservation? Maybe for the same reason people laughed at Jimmy Swaggert as he stood on a stage sobbing about "Having Sinned".

Take a look at a red-state-blue-state map at the county levels, you might be shocked to see Rural America IS Red America. The people most in tune with the land in america are conservatives...
 
Oh...I get it now...SO when Jimmy Swaggert spent a life time criticizing homosexuality, Playboy and howard stern as immoral to the american fabric and asked many a station to ban Stern and had many towns BAN playboy magazine you were ok with it?....especially when he was out banging prostitutes in his limmo?? Although he 'had sinned', his message of morality is what is important? Fuck Jimmy Swaggert, now morality in America is a more important issue to slow the spread of aids right????


How about this....We don't know if there is GW or not so why not make it a personal decision? If you think it really poses a problem, buy a hydro...Buy a 4k sq ft. home not 28K sq ft. home...Take mass transit not a private jet......otherwise...Shut the fuck up hypocrite....everybody wants to save the environment...as long as it doesn't impact their lifestyle....so to all you posters worried about this...ask yourself how you typed this message on ET? You think your computer is made out of grape leaves and recycled wood? get real...its got lead, mercury,cyanide and so much ghastly chemicals in it that there is now a huge problem with what to do with all the old ones...
 
Record Sized Fossil Found

HASBINISTAN – June 12, 25435

In what has been hailed as the greatest archaeological find since the uncovering of the White House, an expedition from the University of Tehran has discovered the fossilized imprint of the largest carbon footprint ever located.
