SouthAmerica: Al Gore and job creation for the US economy in the 21st century.

In my opinion, Barack Obama has been a great disappointment in many ways, and I wish Al Gore would challenge him for the nomination to represent the Democratic Party in the 2012 presidential race in the USA.

At this turning point in US history, Al Gore is better qualified to try to turn the US economy around than any of the other candidates from both parties.

As the US economy continues to descend into a new Great Depression, Al Gore with the assistance of people such as Jeremy Rifkin, both of these men understand high-tech, global warming, and the job market, and together they can put a policy in place for job creation for the US economy – regarding the new jobs and the new economy of the 21st century.

...Al Gore is involved with some of the leading edge technology companies of today – Google, Apple, Current TV and others – and he understand better than any other politician the role that technology and the internet is going to play in the job creation process of the jobs of tomorrow.

I guess you guys require further explanation until the point sinks in.

Al Gore has been involved for many years in one way or another with the smartest people in the technology field – these guys from Google, Apple, and many other Silicon Valley tech guys – all these very smart people have been helping to shape Al Gore’s knowledge regarding leading edge technologies that it is changing the world on a daily basis.

Al Gore has the mindset similar to these guys and he would be more responsive to their suggestions regarding innovation and he would give more support to the development of the technologies of the future.

SouthAmerica: I have been documenting for the last 2 years on this thread why Al Gore is the best candidate from both parties.

The United States is at the edge of the abyss, and the free fall has already started and it is time to get the best candidate available to guide the United States through the Perfect Storm.

1) Al Gore is considered a Statesman and he is respected around the world.

2) He was against the Iraq War before the Bush administration started that costly war.

3) Al Gore is a heavy-duty politician, but he also has proved in the last 7 years that he is a very good businessman, and he understands how the today’s world works and he is involved on a regular basis with the companies that are creating the leading edge technologies of tomorrow.

4) Al Gore is very smart and he is competent and I am sure that he would surround himself with smart people to help him implement new policies and create a revolution in the American economy and help create the new products and economy of the future.

Instead of Al Gore what we have available for November 2008?

1) John McCain – a guy completely out of touch with the world of the 21st century - and a real Dinosaur in every sense.

2) Barack Obama – an experiment in American politics, a curiosity of the moment lacking real substance - and nothing else.

There is no way in hell Al Gore will be a candidate. He's too fat, stupid, egotistical, and a lying hypocrite. He would be a great candidate if you wanted to help the opposition, otherwise forget about it.
 
Gore didn't have a chance in '08 because the Clintons wouldn't permit Gore to run for office.

Coming up, Gore's brand is enviromentalism, a tired and worn out costly trend. besides, the EPA as a beuaracracy has all the power it needs. The EPA is more powerful than Congress now and a Gore President might just get in the way of carbon tax credits with Gore's hedge fund prospects of making money on global warming. Gore might just cause bad press.

If Gore runs everyone will recognize him as a "recycled" politican. Gore is dinosaur, same as McCain.

Imo, the longer the Republicans put off fielding a candidate, the more blame at Obama's feet. Figure it out, if the Repub's offer up a candidate, the focus is off the issues at hand and onto the shortcomings of a contender.

As Obama's presidency proves out. The American people love bull shit. No one with a serious campaign of reforming America has a chance. You know why? People may believe a candidate will actually carryout a campaign promise. Can't have that.
 
Gore can come back in 2016 but the democrats wont kick out Obama in 2012.With the money he has made I doubt he comes back


This world would be a much better place if Gore wasn't cheated out of the presidency 2012.No Iraq,No medicare expansion,no Bush tax cuts,balanced or near balanced budget for 8 years,no 14 trillion dollar debt etc

I don't agree with your conclusion regarding Al Gore.

If anything the Democrats should be glad that they have a candidate of the caliber of Al Gore to step in to replace Barack Obama.

Barack Obama is just a puppet of Wall Street and the international bankers, and he has been a complete disappointment in every way. I am not surprised that each day that goes by the United States find itself in worse shape than before, since Barack Obama became president he surrounded himself with 3rd-rate people such as Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, and many others.

Barack Obama just brought Paul Volcker to his administration to use the old man's prestige, and nothing else, and he never listened to Paul Volcker's advice on anything.

It does not matter that Barack Obama can win re-election, since that means the country will continue going down the toilet, and it will continue descending into the first Great Depression of the 21st century.

A Republican win it would be even worse for the country.

In a nutshell: The United States is descending into a new great depression, and we need a leader of the caliber of Al Gore to guide the United States economy in the perfect storm that is ahead of us.

Electing Al Gore as president in 2012 it would be like trowing a Hail Mary pass at the end of the game and hope for the best – and the alternative, a Barack Obama re-election, or a new Republican president it would be the equivalent of going down with the Titanic.

Nutmeg, as you can see it is desperation time for the US economy – basically the game is over - it's time for the final Hail Mary pass.

That is not correct. I am a supporter of anybody else but Barrack Obama. ANYBODY would be better, including the current VP and Al Gore.
