Why not start a chat room with wrbtrader then you both morans can talk all day long without coming here to ET to sell crap systems to unsuspecting noobs and hijacking threads to push your worthless products?.

Quote from wrbtrader:

Wade Cook went to prison for tax invasion.

Prior to that, he primarily used radio (paid commercials) and post office junk mail to market his books, higher priced videos, workshops and DVDs. Post office authorities said he had paid as much as 1 million dollars to market his stuff prior to him & wife being convicted of tax invasion.

Although he's in prison, his business is still in operation under a different name (I believe via his own name) although scaled down until he is released from prison. Unfortunately, part of his sentence was not to stay away from selling those seminars...just to pay his taxes if he makes money. :D

He did settle all complaints against him from the SEC, FTC and many different states Attorney General offices...a slap on the wrist at the time for him.

By the way, here's my favorite list of folks that have been convicted of tax invasion and some actually went to prison while others got probation for their crimes:

1. Movie star Wesley Snipes
2. Country singer Willie Nelson
3. Baseball star Darryl Strawberry
4. Former Vice President Spiro Agnew
5. "Survivor" Richard Hatch
6. Heiress Leona Helmsley
7. Mobster Al Capone
8. Tennis star Boris Becker
9. "Hollywood Madam" Heidi Fleiss
10. Martha Stewart (insider trading and tax invasion or maybe it was lying about such to federal authorities)

I wouldn't be surprise to see Charlie Sheen and Nicolas Cage on the above list sometime soon.

Also, didn't U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Tim Geithner get a slap on the wrist for failing to pay taxes and he said it was a "simple mistake". :D

Don't mess with the IRS

Cook might have gone to prison for tax evasion, but as a trading vendor, he offered little for a lot of money. In that way, too, yes, he was a crook.

We are getting offtopic here, but still...

They had not much what they could prove against her, so they went with the lying to the Feds shit. By the way it was insider trading not taxcheating...

Instead of her you could add Clarence Thomas, Supreme court justice, who forgot to declare his wife's 700K income. It happens...

But you are way off. Not paying your taxes correctly says nothing about how good an actor, judge, singer or trader you are. Larry Williams had tax problems too, if we want to stay on topic.

But again, your point is IRRELEVANT...

Yeah...lots of off topic posts here before I chimed in including the first mentioning of Wade Cook by smilingsynic. Also, concerning Martha Stewart, I did underline the word lying as my reason even though online sources (check google if you want) has her going to jail for tax invasion which is not true.

Here's my point with listing well known celebrities and their tax invasion problems...it was implied (not specifically stated) by smilingsynic that Mr. Cook went to prison for being a crook for selling books. In fact, that's not true if such was implied. The fact is that he went to prison for tax invasion...not for being a crook elsewhere in his life nor for making false profit gains and grandiose statements about his investment strategies.

Just like many of the well known celebrities, they had problems too elsewhere and the government decides to check to see if they payed their taxes. The government then made them a public example and depending upon whom you are and whom is in your corner...

You either got a slap on the wrist (pay fines), house arrest or prison and it also depended greatly upon admitting guilt and then paying the tax. For example, Mr. Thomas said I forgot and then payed...case closed. Mr. Geithner said it was a simple mistake and then pays...case closed. However, folks like Mr. Snipes saids it's "unconstitutional and a criminal act itself to pay and I won't pay"...he goes to prison.

I'm not a legal expert but tax protestors theory is that the dollar (federal reserve money) is not real and can't be taxed because of such. :D

The other stuff you mention, I have not stated nor implied there's a correlation between tax invasion and someone's career performance.

:D

what do you know about trading. Your dragon pattern is fraud. I can draw a cat in the chart.

I think you are suffering a mental disorder. You need help

You've got an awful lot left to learn about trading price action. That is most obvious to me of all ;)

Says one who has been selling indicator courses for years... LOL

Quote from shakira:

The ones that make 1 point per day or more do not have live rooms to supplement their income, to begin with.

In one of Al's webinars he states he makes 8 points a day. But that was a long time ago. And he wouldn't say a thing when asked whether he has a losing day. I doubt if he makes 8 points a day and never has losing days.

As far as I can tell, wrbtrader is the only vendor at ET who actually shows his PnL every trading day. He also shows his entries, exits, contracts traded, and commentary he makes while trading.

I don't see anyone else doing that. Not even Al Brooks.

So Shakira, I think you should just shove it where the sun don't shine. Your an idiot.
