Airbnb rental revenues have plunged in some parts of the U.S.

Some of the stories of vagrants taking over people's property
is crazy. In all the stories I've heard of or read, the owners
were using Airbnb for their rental income. Some states
have the audacity to call it a civil matter.

There is a solution, but then it would be a criminal matter.:fistbump:

Yeah, that's crazy. Some want to give squatters more rights than homeowners.

As for AirBnB, the best strategy I've heard is to find someone who owns a house/condo but doesn't want to do all the marketing, booking, etc. and offer to be the middle man and take some of the rental profit. At least you're not stuck paying mortgages (or repairs if you have bad renters). An older person or someone who's really busy would be ideal for this.
