Who knows nukes are heavy can't even be sure they have been testing with the required weight on board and not just pretending.

These days major powers do not conduct nuclear tests and rather model them on the computer to get more accurate readings. NK only has to give $10m to some drunk poor Russian or Chinese scientist and they will have computer modelling available to conduct H-Bomb tests several times a day.
