AIG taking a big dump in the afterhours session futures taking a nosedive

Why is it when I submit a buy order, I get "your order will be pending review" and it doesn't fill for about a minute?

Not a big deal, just curious.

your platform is giving you a chance to come back to your senses
 
You guys have to stop daytrading. Really. You will do so much better with a longer term perspective.

An example trading plan

Issue: AIG
Bias: Long
Target: $35.65
Stop: $24.15
Accumulation: Add on dip into $24.40 area.
Profit taking: $27.25 on 50% position

Stick to a plan and dont be a dumba$$ and daytrade.

is your platform direct access? Otherwise you can get killed in a fast market if you are scalping at all.

It's not a bad swing trade idea, but that stop price is just plain awful, IMO.
