They claim to have over a trillion dollars in assets but can't come up with less than 1/10 of 1%? How do you spelll F R A U D?
If this were really true than any of the large foreign banks would buy out all of their outstanding shares for $10 a share and just liquidate. 27B for a Trill seems like a fair trade?

You don't get it.
No one is in any shape to loan out $75 Billion, even under the circumstances of a "bridge" loan.
On another note, some day, the SEC will get a clue.
