Yeah, consider seeing a therapist for your family's sake. Conspiracy fantasy disorder is now probably recognised as a real illness in many parts, your insurance might cover it. Or at least just as a severe anxiety disorder.
They are your family and friends, not zombies. A good therapist will help you see them in a different light. You have a now common disorder of Dunning Kruger effect exacerbated conspiracy fantasist or thereabouts.
