Well, all we can do is make Baron aware that elite is being trashed , day by day getting worse due to these bots and nefarious individuals

I am having trouble imagining the reason why there would even be a bot looking for likes? Likes do not provide personal info...Trying to think of a way something or someone could use likes to exploit some advantage? Hmm. Upon this issue I thus muse.
 
Negative. Cannot figure a reason why likes would make a bot screw up your experience here, on the like feature. Smells a little bit like a Facebook transference of ideology to get more "traffic", that the bot creator does not realize that likes here do not increase anything for them.

I'd say, ignore that person. Don't feed that monkey.
