PR released at 10:19pm on a Friday night canceling the dividend on the day it was to be paid! Wow that spells trouble....

Checking the yahoo message board, this thing is a bloody mess. Apparently, brokers assumed it was going to be paid and already credited/debited everyone's account who were long/short. What a headache this one will be today..

Trading halted for 2nd day in a row, pending news.

Also, since the divvy was due on Friday, some brokers had already credited their customers accounts.

What a mess.

If the Board declared the dividend they have a legal obligation to pay it. Or...they could file Chapter 11....
