I agree with what Techdoodle wrote. I only have limited times that I could get into the chat and I did not wish to distract. To be honest it was distracting ME from what was happening on the screen, LOL.

Just tried out xchat, the step to login is simple.

It has a fair bit of good features such as highlight some selected users text such as 'Anek' in color (Preference->Chatting-> Alerts -> Nick names to always highlight->Anek). Timestamp needs to be enabled if you want it. The default log file folder is C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\X-Chat 2\xchatlogs for winxp. These information is available in the FAQ file upon installation.

The only problem for windows platform will cost $19.95 after 30 days.

Question on trigger bars for entry:

I'll use a trendline trade as an example.

Let's say a bar closes above a trendline for a long entry. This bar becomes the trigger bar.

Now is the entry as soon as the trigger bar's high is surpassed, or does the magic tick have to be a close also?

(I think I just thought of the answer. Since it's called a magic tick, it must just have to be a tick, not a close. Is that correct?)

Hi jychiu,

Are you sure they charge $19.95? I checked their site and found no such charge. As far as I can tell it is completely free. However, they do ask for a donation if you feel like it. They suggest a donation of $5-$20 per individual but it is not required. Hmmm.

macattack, Some of us have heard Anek repeat things so much some of it is starting to rub off. On the bar closing over the trendline. That is just a point of interest. It takes a swing to confirm a reversal or something in addition to a tl break, unless you are doing a Piscuy type scalp.
