Have to congratulate you yet again. I know a few hundred traders who wish they could make that in one day. Very well done!!!

Thought I'd explain my money management strategy, maybe useful for somebody else....

Set a fixed 1st target of +1.5 pts with a stop of -1.25 (less if the high/low of the trigger bar allows it). Once the bars start forming I use the high/low of the previous bar +1 tick and move the stop as it goes. Once 1st target is hit, usually move stop to BE automatically, or closer if the high/low of the previous bar allows it. 2nd half of the position I try to let ride, again using the high/low of previous bar as trailing stop. Once I get into the 3-5 pts range I usually tighten up the stop quite a bit to avoid giving much back. After all, this is scalping. The trades shown on the chart are the average for the position, so 4 trades today were +1.5/+4, all with the morning trend. The 3 longs were quick scalps against the trend, 1st one actually shouldn't have taken (too close to TL).

Thanks P. If it wasn't for the guidance from yourself and Anek, I wouldn't have believed it was possible myself. Cheers to you guys for making a difference.

We are all glad on your win.

Could you share how you derive at -1.25 stop loss point for ES ? (in term of dollar that is $62.5). How would you set it for NQ case ?

Hi evereyone,

I wanted to make a correction with my charts on Tuesdays trades. I posted in the chat I had made 30+ points in nq. Well I lied. Ok I didn't really lie I just added wrong. Since I am using scaling out of trades with 1/3 increments I forgot to figure that when I lose on a trade without reaching any of my targets I lose on all 3. Tripling my point losses. (Hope this is making sennse) Anyway I didn't make as many points as I thought. I'm still happy with my trading but bummed out I didn't make as many points as I initially thought. I just wanted to let you know so as to keep it honest around here, and I figure it's all about humility and learning and not egos and trying to impress. So sorry for the confusion and good trading:)

Here are my trades for Tuesday

Chris
