I tell you how I solved the problem, I bought a bigger bag for laptops and I travel with 2 and connect them as a network and use synergy to control both with 1 mouse and 1 keyboard. Or in case I want to use the second laptop only as an extended monitor I use Maxivista.

Another possibility is to buy a 15 " lcd screen with a detachable base and take with you only the screen and your laptop in the same bag

crazy stuff traders do :D

Ahhh, good idea. I do have two laptops already. An old Vaio I cant seem to part with, and a new Macbook Pro. This is my first mac ever, but it is one great machine. Of course I run windows on it because I know that OS.

Seems you've taken your trading to a new level too since starting the journal.

Karma or just coincidence? :)

It's no problem, think the journal forces me to increase my market studies, and continue polishing my skills .

Sometimes I go back to my own words and find the answers to current questions with my own words written in the past, it's crazy stuff.

The easiest way I have found to teach others to let the winners run without too much hassle is scaling out. Some dont like it but in order to see how much you can improve, try taking out half or one third at your primary exit, then try to let run the rest and see how you feel with the confidence that you have some locked in profits.

I saved the charts from yesterday on the NQ, i'll post them a bit later. Some of the trades I took match with some of the ones you did take. Although there are some methods to enter those trades earlier and that is what im going to try to teach. Im going to go by bits so be patient about it. I'll post the first step today in a while. Hope you and the others who requested me to post enjoy it.

P.

Hi Piscuy, man you are killing me with the suspense, where are the charts uh?!?!

Just kidding, :D

Take your time and thanks a lot for your help in advance

I'll try to simulate scaling out as you suggest and see how it goes , I'll let the board know.

You might also consider those 17" 1920x1200 resolution laptops...

I have plenty of screen realestate on mine (Dell) :)

Yup Xmas is near...... maybe....

To tell you the truth, there must be something wrong with me, guess I'm getting older, I just can't get used to widescreens, I wan to see more stuff up or down than left or right , lol.
I use one with my desktop PC but it is in portrait mode, it messes my screens skyline ROFL
Plus all the new laptos have that silly reflecting layer, they say, it looks cool and clearer, but it reflects all the freaking light from behind your back, bleah.

Geez, where's my VIC20 when I need it :p

I totally agree on the reflection, doesn't bother me though as long as there's no sun behind me... very very crisp screen

Linda B. had an article on tape reading - she summarizes some of Wycoff's work, including it....

Anek's hint though was a great one, amazing how 'out of bid/ask range' large size transactions affect the market - just started looking at it and seems like a 80% accurate indicator, gotta see it to believe it... makes great confirmations for patterns, hell i bet people make lots of $$$ playing it w/o any patterns/trends.

All you have to do is follow price but people insist on telling price what to do. It's fascinating really.

Amen Brother !

Eddie Toppel wrote a little book about it, I think you might enjoy his writing style.

That LBR pdf on tape reading is 24K Gold...consider what she presents in terms of Anek's Strong and Weak bars....talk about confirmation at key price levels !
