AGAIN with IB data - NO Vol Option chains - anybody else?

Man, sick of IB now. The markets are dropping hard, vol is spiking, and they drop data for VXX, UVXY, and VIX even on the option chains.
FIND me a better broker.
$650 in commissions every month and data problems at least once a month. I'm beginning to wonder if this isn't quite so accidental.
Anybody else having this issue?
 
We need a long running alternatives to IB thread to finally find something better or investigate platforms in development. IB is clearly the enemy to even high level traders

Love to hear more from the Light Speed users ..particularly regarding these last few weeks of volatility/

If you don't mind higher margin then tasty works looks good for option traders. You can click on the risk graphs move them to where you want and.teansmit.the order to the exchange.
 
You keep on repeating the same mantra. You said you were sick of IB months ago. Please leave, I bet IB is equally tired of your moaning. By the way no issues with options chains and prices all day during the US session for me. I pay around 32000 usd in commission to IB.... each month. As you mentioned your commission cost I thought it must somehow be relevant to you.

Just saying that if you so hate IB then isn't it time to make a move?
