Ag trade ideas

Most of the time , nothing. I just monitor them more. This year I also had a couple of trades who started really bad and ended really well so it's not that relevant.
 
I got a bit optimistic and only placed an order for a third of the position at -9.25, so might end up taking 9.5 here shortly if I can't get a fill. The last thing I want is to wait and then it get away from me quickly or something. Although it looks like compared to the last 5 years seasonal it still might have some time to get more in line with that. I don't think I am going to risk that though

I just got a message back from IB regarding adding the native spreads.

Jeff responded and said:

"Mr. XYZ:

I will make a request to have the KE / ZW native spread added to the TWS. If you have any other inter-commodity spreads to request, please reply.

Adding these can take some time as they need to approved and then coded.

Are there any others we have discussed that you all would like me to reply back with?
 
I think we should list all the ICS spreads that CQG offers that IB doesn't and submit everything in one go so we can get this out of the way rather than a 1 by 1 error prone thing.

I'm pretty sure they're missing the various soybean ICS, anyone else?
 
Just exited the rest of my KE spread, avg of about -9.5 :(

The only ag spread I am in now is KE/ZW.

I am planning to write back to IB this afternoon if any of you all have more suggestions for spreads to add? I wish I could just say ALL of them, but I get the feeling they would be inclined to say NO.
