U.S. Energy Secy says the U.S. Govt should consider establishing strategic stockpile for ethanol. Ethanol stocks surge. PEIX jumps 85c in a few min....

I'm glad to hear you say that Indahook! I had a ST picture up and it looked like a bit of a toboggan run.
However in cases like this I'd rather go with the more formable name than get caught up chasing PEIX. VSE could catch an upgrade tomorrow and gap up $2. Wouldn't that be nice?
