here is a question i always wondered. who is floating away on the bid and offer say 25 cents-50 cents away in a stock like appl or rimm on a ngiht they have earnings? why is there so much more liquity on nasdaq stocks after hours then in NYSE stocks? i think its becuase market makers in nasdaq stocks have requirements to make markets? i have not had anyone give me a better answer yet.
