After Hour Trading via IB

Does anyone trade equities after (or before) hours with IB?

How can an IB customer update their account for extended hours stock trading?
 
yeah, we can trade at nite, but I hate having to pay extra for the nitetime data. I know Arca just started charging $10 for their market data, do others such as Island also charge now?
