The useless subject called AP Afro Studies is being banned in Florida and elsewhere for being nothing more than a low IQ crt class that also talks about “ queer theory”. This is a class developed by Liberals who dont think blacks are smart enough to take normal AP classes. It should be insulting to blacks..

He's trying again after realizing it is not a big deal as he wanted it to be. DeSantis did it as a political move because he knows the same topics (e.g. civil war, slavery, assassinations of black leaders/supporters) are also taught in other AP classes (e.g. AP U.S. History) and that other states will have AP African American classes.
Like some of the other AP classes in the past, AP African American will be reorganized and then resubmitted for final approval in Florida so that Florida does not look like an odd ball in comparison to other states allowing the AP African American studies.
DeSantis is just catering to a minority of voters to help ensure he has their vote when he runs for the Republican Nomination (U.S. President).

No one in america wants Afro studies as an AP class. Its more of a remedial type class for mentally challenged with a bunch of CRT..

It's no more useless than a lot of non-STEM areas of study, but DeSantis is right that it's fertile ground for political indoctrination.
Afro Studies is a way for a low IQ individual to say they took an AP class. Its completely useless and it indoctrinates our children with lies .
