Here's one look at the method (link below). I still don't think it's going to happen. And if reps try it, they'll craft something to replace the ACA and it will almost have to include the parts of the ACA that most people like. And those require at least an individual mandate and the subsidies. So we'll have Drumpfcare which will look a lot like Obamacare which looks a lot like Romneycare which looks a lot like Heritagecare.Well what I am getting at is that it is impossible to repeal it without a supermajority, and good luck getting 9 democrats to join the 51 republicans.
But they can repeal the parts that affect the budget, and that is the part I don't understand. Everything affects the budget. That is why I am confused.
It must be some subtle legal point.
