J jem Jun 8, 2007 #2 I always thought advisor looked better but I find that some spell checkers do not even recognize the word. You may not wish avoid someone rejecting your resume for a non existent spelling error.

Z ZeroSumGame Jun 11, 2007 #4 thats annoying, I've been typing advisor my whole life. the forum does give that a spelling error. crazy. Its a shame that someones resume could get overlooked because of something like this. I'm sticking with advisor.
